This event was a Mega International Professional Development Service (ISD) initiative that united over 40+ clubs across 20 districts from more than 6 countries.

Objective

The workshop aimed to:

• Help participants understand practical methods to conquer stage fear.
• Equip attendees with strategies to improve public speaking skills.
• Foster cross-cultural collaboration and engagement among Rotaractors worldwide.

Key Highlights

1. Overcoming Stage Fear:

   • Strategies to build confidence and ease anxiety before public speaking.

   • Role-playing exercises and live Q&A sessions to make learning engaging and practical.
