One of the most memorable achievements in my Rotaract journey was receiving the Best Secretary Award for my role as the Secretary of the Rotaract Club of Rajdhani Dhaka during the Rotary Year 2018-2019.

This recognition holds immense value, as it came from Rotary International District 3281, which encompasses 223 Rotaract Clubs. First Prize in Essay Writing Competition: National Mourning Day 2018

One of my proudest achievements was winning the first prize in an essay writing competition organized by the Rotaract Club of Narayanganj Shitalakshya on the occasion of National Mourning Day, 15th August 2018. This event was significant, not only because of its historical importance but also because it marked my first-ever recognition in such a competition.

The contest brought together many talented individuals, each eager to express their thoughts on the importance of National Mourning Day and its relevance in our lives. I focused my essay on the deep emotional and historical significance of this day in Bangladesh’s journey, reflecting on the loss of our Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and the resilience of the people in the face of tragedy. My perspective was shaped by my strong belief in the power of remembrance and its role in shaping our national identity.

Winning the first prize in this competition was a humbling experience and a defining moment in my academic and personal growth. It taught me the importance of writing as a means of communicating complex emotions and ideas, and how a simple essay can have a lasting impact. I am grateful for the recognition and the opportunity to participate in such an event that honors the memory of an important chapter in Bangladesh’s history.

This achievement remains one of the highlights of my journey and serves as a constant reminder of the power of words in shaping history and society.
