As a dedicated member and organizer within Rotaract Club of Rajdhani Dhaka, I had the privilege of organizing and facilitating a Joint Meeting between the Rotary Club of Rajdhani Dhaka and the Rotaract Club of Rajdhani Dhaka. This event was designed to foster collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing between senior Rotary members and emerging Rotaractors, strengthening the bridge between these two integral parts of the Rotary family.

🔹 Rotary-Rotaract Fellowship: Strengthening bonds between Rotarians and Rotaractors, ensuring a seamless exchange of ideas and experiences.
🔹 Mentorship & Guidance: Receiving valuable advice, mentorship, and leadership insights from seasoned Rotarians.
🔹 Strategic Planning: Discussing potential collaborative projects, community service initiatives, and future leadership development programs.
🔹 Professional & Personal Development: Encouraging young professionals and students within Rotaract to enhance their skills through active involvement in service projects.

Despite being held online, the meeting was highly interactive, well-structured, and impactful. The session opened with warm greetings from both clubs, followed by engaging discussions, experience sharing, and expert guidance from our esteemed Rotary mentors.

As the organizer, my responsibilities included:

✅ Facilitating Discussions: Encouraging meaningful conversations and addressing key developmental and strategic concerns.
✅ Ensuring Engagement: Managing participant interactions, follow-ups, and post-event documentation.
Through this event, I enhanced my skills in event management, strategic communication, digital facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, further solidifying my commitment to Rotary's motto—"Service Above Self."
