On April 21, 2020, I attended an enriching online session titled "WebxTalk: Resume & LinkedIn Profile Building", facilitated by the talented Reba Coelho, an Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer. The session was organized by the Rotaract Club of Bombay West (RID 3141, Mumbai, India) and offered actionable guidance to refine professional profiles and resumes for greater career impact.

As someone who values continuous growth, this session was a game-changer for me. It provided profound insights into the art of personal branding and the importance of presenting a professional narrative that stands out.

Key Learnings and Outcomes:

• Resume Mastery: I learned how to craft a tailored, visually appealing, and ATS-friendly resume that highlights strengths, accomplishments, and potential. This inspired me to revisit and restructure my resume to reflect my unique experiences and skills effectively.
