Overview and Significance
Participating in a live program for the first time was a transformative experience, marking a new phase in my journey of public speaking, leadership, and personal branding. The session focused on Self Development at Rotaract Club, a crucial aspect of youth leadership, volunteerism, and professional growth.
Engaging in this live event provided an opportunity to:
✅ Learn new things – Understanding the dynamics of delivering insights in a live setting, adapting to audience engagement, and structuring content for clarity and impact.
✅ Share previous experiences – Reflecting on my journey in Rotaract, discussing leadership strategies, and providing real-life examples of personal growth within the organization.
✅ Enhance digital presence – Leveraging social media platforms like Facebook Live to reach a broader audience and spread awareness about self-development and leadership in Rotaract.
The interactive nature of the session allowed for meaningful discussions, Q&A with the audience, and practical guidance on personal growth, skill-building, and effective leadership in service-based organizations like Rotaract.
This event reinforced my belief in the power of mentorship, networking, and digital engagement as tools for empowering young leaders. I deeply appreciate Shwapno Youth Development Organization and Masuma Moriom for the invitation, which enabled me to contribute, learn, and connect with aspiring individuals.
Liaison Officer for the District Official Training Seminar (DOTs) – GENIE: 37th Rotaract District Training Assembly

Role and Responsibilities as a Liaison Officer
A Liaison Officer plays a critical role in organizing large-scale training programs by acting as the bridge between the district leadership and Rotaract club members. My responsibilities included:
✔ Communication & Coordination – Effectively liaising with club members, district officials, and training facilitators to ensure smooth communication.
✔ Registration Management – Collecting participant details, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating a seamless registration process.
✔ Engagement & Motivation – Encouraging Rotaractors to participate actively in the training, highlighting its importance, and addressing any concerns they had.
✔ Logistics Support – Assisting in managing the virtual event, ensuring technical readiness, and providing backend support to speakers and trainers.
Understanding DOTs (District Officials Training Seminar)
The District Officials Training Seminar (DOTs) is a structured program designed for Rotaractors who hold leadership positions at the district level. The purpose of this training is to:
🔹 Develop Leadership Skills – Equipping district officials with knowledge on managing responsibilities, leading projects, and problem-solving.
🔹 Enhance Operational Efficiency – Educating officials about the administrative framework, reporting system, and project execution guidelines within Rotaract District Organization RID 3281.
🔹 Strengthen Team Collaboration – Encouraging networking and collaboration among district leaders to enhance coordination in service initiatives.
Significance of This Experience
Participating in this high-level training program as a Liaison Officer was an exceptional learning experience that enriched my skills in:
💡 Event Management – Handling large-scale virtual events, managing participant lists, and ensuring smooth operations.
💡 Professional Networking – Connecting with experienced district leaders, trainers, and fellow Rotaractors from various clubs.
💡 Leadership & Communication – Strengthening my ability to motivate, guide, and facilitate for others while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
The GENIE - 37th Rotaract District Training Assembly provided a platform for capacity-building, knowledge-sharing, and strategic development for district officials, ensuring a more effective and impactful leadership structure within Rotaract. Being part of this program reinforced my dedication to youth development, organizational excellence, and service leadership.

Both the Facebook Live event on Self Development and my role as Liaison Officer for DOTs reflect my continued commitment to leadership, youth empowerment, and professional development. Through these engagements, I have:
