In a remarkable move to strengthen international collaboration and foster goodwill, Rotaract District Organization RID 3281 (Bangladesh) and Rotaract District 3190 (India) held a successful joint meeting centered on the RotaPact Initiative. This initiative, also known as the Twin-District Agreement, represents a landmark effort to deepen ties, enhance cooperation, and expand the global impact of Rotaract programs.
